Description
Let’s Discover British Literature!
I want to take you on an adventure to the land of the best writers in the entire world! British Literature is the cornerstone to understanding all Western Literature—and it’s a class your high schooler can’t do without. British Literature & Writing, a one credit high school English course, can be used at home or with a homeschool co-op.
You and your teens can make a pot of tea and whip up a batch of scones to set the stage while you have a blast reading, writing, and discussing the greatest literature ever written besides the Bible. Time travel begins with Beowulf and Canterbury Tales and moves forward to Pilgrim’s Progress, Robinson Crusoe, Pride & Prejudice, and more beloved works. Along the way, students will learn about British history, too.
